Thanks to the 2013 grant received from the IDEAS Implementation Fund, these four, small, long-standing, arts organizations have begun a new movement in collaborative arts in the Syracuse community.

IDEAS Collaborative and Fund
IDEAS (Initiative to Develop and Engage Audiences in Syracuse) began in 2010. It is a multi-funder collaborative working to strengthen the connection between the community and arts and culture organizations by better engaging audiences, fostering collaboration, identifying the arts as an economic engine, and developing cooperative marketing and communications strategies that benefit the entire sector.
IDEAS Implementation Fund was established in late 2011, by a group of funders in the community, to strengthen CNY’s arts & culture fabric. Funding partners include: Allyn Foundation, CNY Community Foundation, Gifford Foundation, Dorothy & Marshall M. Reisman Foundation, John Ben Snow Memorial Trust, and Trust for Cultural Resources of the County of Onondaga.
